Job Description
ADAPT Community Network (formerly United Cerebral Palsy of NYC) is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to provide care and support to people with developmental disabilities in residential facilities. The role involves direct patient care, ensuring safety and well-being, and facilitating independence through development of skills and social interaction. ADAPT fosters a team culture focused on learning, support, collaboration, and career growth.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
