Job Description
ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to provide care and development to people with developmental disabilities in their residential facilities. The role involves assisting with daily living skills, ensuring safety, and fostering a homelike atmosphere. Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License and must maintain it in good standing
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems
- Prior experience with similar role is preferred, but not required
