Job Description
ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to care for and develop individuals with developmental disabilities in residential facilities. The role involves providing comprehensive care, maintaining a homelike atmosphere, and ensuring safety and well-being. This position requires interaction with a variety of individuals and an understanding of behavioral programs.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Reliable interpersonal skills
- Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP) training/approval
