Job Description
ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Resident Program Specialist to provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities within a residential facility. The role involves daily interaction with residents, ensuring their safety and promoting independence, maintaining a homelike atmosphere, and assisting with activities of daily living and personal development. The position requires close collaboration with fellow staff and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
