Residence Program Specialist

Residence Program Specialist is responsible for providing care and development of people with developmental disabilities in residential facilities. Interacts in a manner that fosters dignity and learning, and helps create a homelike atmosphere.

Requirements

• Valid New York State Driver's License
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with co-workers, employees, residents and their families
• Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
