Job Description
This role is a primary care and development position for residents in a residential facility. The Senior Residence Program Specialist will interact with residents, maintain a homelike atmosphere, and provide guidance and support to ensure residents' independence and well-being. They will assist with various daily tasks and may be responsible for administering medications.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver's License
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
- Two years of related experience preferred
