Job Description
ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Weekend Residence Program Specialist to support the care, development, and independence of individuals living in an ADAPT Community Network residential facility.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months of related experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Valid New York State Driver's License
- Ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations and make sound decisions under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding the rights of the people we support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
