Job Description
Adapt For Life is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to apply behavior-based principles to clients, implement individualized treatment plans, and assist in therapy sessions. The position offers performance-based raises, a monthly bonus opportunity, and training to achieve certification. Requirements
- High School diploma, preferably some college
- Registered Behavior Technician certification or board certification within 3 months of hire
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related programs preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Programming and program development experience
