Job Description
This is a full-time, hourly position for a Registered Behavior Technician. The role focuses on applying evidence-based behavioral principles to clients, implementing individualized treatment plans, and assisting in creating effective and consistent treatment plans. This position requires clinical proficiency and strong communication skills within the behavior analysis field.
Requirements
- High School diploma, preferably some college
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Technical and analytical skills
- Demonstrated program development abilities
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, pushing, pulling, and quick reaction time
