Job Description
Adapt For Life is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to apply empirically based behavioral principles to clients and their families. This position involves implementing treatment plans, completing documentation, and facilitating communication between clients, families, and staff. Bonus incentives and training are offered to accelerate growth within the organization.
Requirements
- Apply empirically based behavioral principles consistently with clients and staff
- Implements individualized treatment plans under direction of behavior analysts/consultants
- Teaches clients language, academic skills, and social skills
- Assists clients with self-help and life skills
- Participates in staff training programs
- Establishes confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Completes paperwork and data collection accurately
- Follows Adapt for Life and Adaptive Community Support Services policies
