Job Description
Adapt For Life is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to apply empirically based behavioral principles to clients. This role involves documenting treatment plans, implementing individualized treatment plans, and assisting clients with communication skills, language acquisition, and self-help skills. The position is a part-time, hourly position and offers performance-based raises and training.
Requirements
- Apply empirically based behavioral principles consistently.
- Implements Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
- Teaches clients to acquire skills.
- Participates in staff training programs.
- Communicates professionally with clients, staff, and families.
- Completes paperwork and data collection in a timely manner.
- Adheres to policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
