Job Description
As an Intake Specialist at AdaptHealth, you will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, communicating with referral sources, and utilizing technology to note patient information/communication. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, conduct new hire training, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- One (1) year of work-related experience
- Related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management regardless of industry
