Job Description
AdaptHealth is recruiting for an Intake Specialist to work in a remote setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, communicating with referral sources, and utilizing technology to note patient information/communication. The lead specialist will serve as a subject matter expert and conduct new hire training and mentorship.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- One year of work-related experience (entry level)
- Two years of exact job experience (senior level)
- Four years of exact job experience (lead level)
