Intake Specialist

AdaptHealth is actively recruiting for Intake Specialists to work remotely. The role involves accurate data entry, communication with referral sources, and utilizing technology to notate patient information. The lead specialist serves as a subject matter expert and conducts new hire training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• One (1) year of work-related experience
• Excellent customer service and telephone service skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
