This Patient Care Coach role focuses on supporting Durable Medical Equipment (DME) product lines. The position involves providing personalized education and support to patients, monitoring device usage and compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. It requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and a patient-centered mindset.
Requirements
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to patients on device use.
- Educate patients on proper device use and maintenance.
