Partner Account Executive

Adaptive is a rapidly growing vertical software company building an AI-native ERP for real estate and construction. We're looking for a Partner Account Executive to own and grow our Partner ecosystem, driving revenue and distribution through trusted industry relationships.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity environment
• Experience selling to (or through) accounting firms, consultants, or channel partners
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter mentality
• Comfortable running a full-cycle sales motion
• Curious and coachable
