HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the HR function, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general employee support.

Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day HRIS data management
• Process promotions, compensation updates, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
• Manage administration of performance review systems
• Prepare and manage HR documents
• Support compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Assist with job postings and applicant tracking
• Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientation
• Support completion of background check processes for candidates
• Facilitate new hire onboarding processes
• Maintain I-9 and personnel file compliance
• Follow documented HR procedures and guidelines
