Job Description
HR Coordinator supports the organization by managing key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance tracking, and employee training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- At least two years related experience required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards in United States
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Ceridian Dayforce, Relias)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
