The Business Development Specialist (E-Commerce) will achieve and scale up business targets, identify new business opportunities, and enhance existing clientele. They will also maintain effective communications with partners and customers, and ensure the effective implementation of campaigns.
Requirements
- Achieve and scale up business targets on monthly and annual basis
- Identify and generate business from new clients
- Enhance business from existing clientele
- Maintain effective communications with external and internal partners/customers
- Ensure effective implementation of campaigns and achievement of set revenue targets
- Develop and pitch marketing plans integrated with influencer and digital solutions
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliverables
- Consistently deliver sales targets every month and develop sales strategy
- Contribute to team effort and be able to coach and mentor other junior members
