Job Description
To be a team member at ADB Companies, or as we call it, part of the A-Team, you must be ALL IN to support the company’s mission, vision, and values. The Project Controls Specialist will perform critical administrative functions within the Project Controls group, providing high-level administrative support, and acting as a subject matter expert of billing and close out processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of high-level administrative experience supporting project management teams
- 1+ year of invoicing, finance, accounting experience
- Previous experience supporting construction, engineering, and/or procurement teams
- High School diploma or equivalent
