Treasury Officer

Join the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as a Treasury Officer to provide analytical, operational, and administrative support for capital market activities. The role involves reviewing and executing borrowing transactions, monitoring funding operations, and implementing business continuity measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, economics, or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in transaction management and documentation of debt capital market transactions or treasury operations
• In-depth knowledge of borrowing instruments, international banking practices, and capital market operations
• Experience working with different Treasury work areas and workflows
• Experience in data organization and analysis using information technology (IT) tools
• Proficiency in IT software commonly used at ADB and similar multilateral development banks (MDBs)
• Experience understanding relevant Treasury, ADB-wide, and similar MDBs policies, procedures, guidelines, and reporting formats
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Experience liaising and working collaboratively as a constructive team member
