Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, economics, or other relevant disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in transaction management and documentation of debt capital market transactions or treasury operations
- In-depth knowledge of borrowing instruments, international banking practices, and capital market operations
- Experience working with different Treasury work areas and workflows
- Experience in data organization and analysis using information technology (IT) tools
- Proficiency in IT software commonly used at ADB and similar multilateral development banks (MDBs)
- Experience understanding relevant Treasury, ADB-wide, and similar MDBs policies, procedures, guidelines, and reporting formats
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
- Experience liaising and working collaboratively as a constructive team member
