Treasury Officer

Join Our Mission to Foster Prosperity in Asia as a Treasury Officer at the Asian Development Bank, providing analytical, operational, and administrative support for capital market activities related to ADB's annual borrowing program, and reporting to Assistant Treasurer, TDFD and the designated International Staff and Senior Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, economics or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in transaction management and documentation of debt capital market transactions or treasury operations
• In-depth knowledge of borrowing instruments, international banking practices, and capital market operations
• Experience working with different Treasury work areas and workflows
• Experience in data organization and analysis using information technology (IT) tools
• Proficiency in IT software commonly used at ADB and similar multilateral development banks (MDBs), including familiarity with specialized Treasury systems
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Experience liaising and working collaboratively as a constructive team member
