Job Description
We are looking for an experienced architect to join our integrated architecture and engineering team focusing on volumetric prefabricated offsite construction and onsite assembly of single-family homes. As an Architecture Product Manager, you will be responsible for architectural documentation, permitting processes, and coordinating with Aro's procurement organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in architecture: entitlements, design, permitting, and construction management.
- Master's in architecture or equivalent.
- Experience with BIM systems, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 Cloud environment and other similar tools.
- Experience with Bluebeam for PDF reviews and drawings set compilation.
- Willingness to learn new product and project delivery methods and software platforms.
