Job Description
Arquitectonica is seeking a talented Project Architect with 5–8 years of experience to join their Los Angeles studio. As a Project Architect, you will contribute to a range of design-driven projects and play an active role throughout the design, documentation, and construction process.
Requirements
- Professional accredited degree in Architecture
- 5+ years’ continuous professional post-graduate working experience
- Technical experience using Revit and BIM360.
- Ability to use 3D modeling software, including Rhino
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam Revu
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
- Experience in detailing and construction documentation
- Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects; office experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative professional work ethic
- Licensure or active progress toward licensure (ARE) with the expectation of completion within two years
