Aro Homes Civil Engineering Manager

Aro Homes is seeking a Civil Engineering Manager to lead and scale the company’s internal civil engineering capabilities, developing systems, processes, and strategies that enable faster feasibility, cleaner permitting, and more predictable project delivery.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in land development (infill experience preferred).
• Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and site development design tools.
• Deep understanding of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
• Familiarity with Bay Area jurisdictions and permitting processes.
• Proven track record of delivering clean, efficient permit submittals.
• Experience building or improving engineering processes, standards, or systems.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
