Job Description
Aro Homes is seeking a Civil Engineering Manager to lead and scale the company's internal civil engineering capabilities. This role focuses on building repeatable, high-impact infrastructure solutions that support a productized approach to residential development.
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in land development (infill experience preferred).
- Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and site development design tools.
- Deep understanding of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
- Familiarity with Bay Area jurisdictions and permitting processes.
- Proven track record of delivering clean, efficient permit submittals.
- Experience building or improving engineering processes, standards, or systems.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
