Aro Homes Superintendent

Aro Homes is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the full construction process of Aro Homes projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and meet all quality, safety, and building requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of hands-on experience in single-family construction, a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Senior Manager/Supervisor experience
• At least 6 years of general construction experience in the single family residential space
• 3+ years as a Superintendent with a successful tracker record
• OSHA 30 certification
• Advanced understanding of all stages of the homebuilding process
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the US construction field
• Digital project management system proficiency
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
