The Senior Science Communications Manager leads Addgene's scientific content strategy across blog, video, eBooks, protocols, and social media, elevating Addgene's visibility and reputation in the life sciences and research tools space through credible, high-value content.
Requirements
- 6β8 years in science communications, scientific writing, or life sciences content
- Working knowledge of molecular biology β plasmids, viral vectors, CRISPR, cloning β and the ability to write about them with authority
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats
- Experience producing long-form articles, eBooks, video scripts, and social content
- Experience managing or mentoring others, including external contractors or freelancers
- Strong analytical and project management skills
