Job Description
The Senior Manager, Operational Excellence – Corporate, is responsible for leading enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement (CI) governance and delivering measurable EBITDA impact across ADDMAN's multi-site manufacturing network.
Requirements
- Strong ability to translate operational improvements into financial impact (EBITDA, cost savings, cash flow)
- Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority and influence multi-site teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and operational data
- Experience designing and managing CI governance systems and operating rhythms
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- High degree of comfort in fast-paced, transformation-oriented environments
