Sr. Quality Manager – Corporate

The Sr. Quality Manager – Corporate for ADDMAN's Metals business serves as the enterprise quality leader for all Metals manufacturing sites, including Metal Additive and Precision Machining. This role is responsible for defining, standardizing, and governing ADDMAN's Quality Management System (QMS) across all Metals facilities.

Requirements

• Expertise in aerospace and defense quality systems, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP.
• Proven ability to design, standardize, and govern multi-site Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong influencing skills and ability to drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
• Confident customer-facing presence for audits, escalations, and performance communications.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively at the executive level.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and ability to drive enterprise-level initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience in aerospace or other high-regulation manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership experience in AS9100-certified organizations.
• Strong experience leading customer and registrar audits.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001; NADCAP experience preferred.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle (design, manufacturing, inspection, test).
• Strong RCCA capability (8D, DMAIC, or equivalent).
• Experience in nonconformance management and MRB processes.
• Corporate or multi-site quality leadership experience preferred.
