Job Description
ADDX is seeking a VP of Private Capital Markets for funds to manage the platform and expand its investment options. ADDX is a globally recognized marketplace for digital securities and has already listed over 60 deals with leading firms. The role involves leading fund selection, due diligence, onboarding, and operational oversight to streamline fund operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields
- 4–7 years of experience in fund selection, investment due diligence, or alternatives research
- Strong understanding of alternative investments (private credit, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate)
- Solid knowledge of capital markets and fund distribution models
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
