We are looking for an investment funds lawyer in our Singapore office to develop innovative investment fund structures for institutional and private investors globally.
Requirements
- Lead and manage structuring initiatives
- Negotiate distribution agreements
- Advising on regulations relating to the establishment, management, governance and marketing of Partners Group’s semi-liquid products
- Partner with Client Solutions team to identify solutions to provide private markets investments to APAC Private Wealth market
