Job Description
A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Investment Funds Lawyer to join its Cayman Islands office, with key responsibilities including advising on investment fund formation, structuring, and operation, as well as contributing to business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 7 years' PQE
- Strong experience in investment funds, ideally with Cayman Islands exposure
- Experience gained at an established offshore or international law firm
- Self-starter with commercial awareness and business development acumen
- Excellent drafting, analytical, organisational and communication skills
