• Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
• Must know how to close their own calls
• Must have good convincing and sales skills
• Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
