Customer Care Executive

Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. is an International Contact center based out of India and US, providing Telemarketing services to offshore consumers and business entities. The company is looking for a Customer Care Executive to work in an Outbound Voice Process for the UK shift, making calls to customers and conducting surveys.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 + 2 / 10 + 3 years Diploma pass or Graduate/Post Graduate
• Basic knowledge in computer, including shortcut keys, toggling between windows, and typing
• Typing Speed of 12 - 15 WPM / 85 accuracy
• Flexibility to work till mid night
• Ability to relocate in Kolkata within the drop zone
