The company seeks a Customer Care Executive for an Outbound Voice Process with a UK shift, requiring energetic, patient, and active listening skills while making calls to customers.

Requirements

• Academic Qualification - Minimum of 10 + 2 / 10 + 3 years Diploma pass. Graduates/Post Graduates may also apply.
• Basic knowledge in computer, including shortcut keys, toggling between windows, and typing.
• Typing Speed – 12 - 15 WPM / 85 accuracy.
• Flexibility to work till mid night.
• Age bar – 18 years and above maximum 35 yrs.
