• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
• Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
• Should be flexible working in night shifts.
