Need Candidate for tech support inbound voice Process

Experienced candidates needed for Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift. Receiving Inbound calls from customers, analyzing issues, and selling relevant plans and software.

Requirements

• Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months
• Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers
• Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers
• Must be very fluent in English
• Must be Comfortable for Night shift
