Job responsibilities include answering customer calls, analyzing issues, and selling relevant plans. Must be confident in pitching service plans and fluent in English. Night shift comfort is required.

Requirements

• Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months
• Must be able to close calls and take payments from customers
• Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to customers
• Must be very fluent in English
• Must be Comfortable for Night shift
