We are seeking an Executive Search for Inbound Tech Support Process with 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in English, experience in troubleshooting technical issues, and ability to handle customer's issues. The job requires flexibility to work in night shifts. The salary is negotiable based on experience and last/current drawn CTC, with attractive incentives.

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
