We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO. The candidate should have good communication skills in English and be able to troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, router, email issues, Mac, I-phone, and I-pad. The candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts and be able to join immediately.

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
