Opening for CCE/Sr CCE/Callers for International Inbound Tech Support

We are looking for a CCE/Sr CCE/Callers for International Inbound Tech Support. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support, good communication skills in English, and experience in troubleshooting technical issues. The candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts and have a fixed salary plus attractive incentives.

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
