Requirements
- Fundamental project experience in CRM or CX projects
- Methodological strength in consulting, project management, or software development
- Process competence in areas such as service, marketing, sales, or operations
- Analytical clarity and ability to think several steps ahead
- Sovereign communication skills
- Very good German and English language skills
