Design CRM and CX projects based on BSI Customer Suite, conduct workshops, and ensure clarity in complex topics. Collaborate with customers, departments, and vendors to steer projects through coordination. Configure the Customer Suite and develop methods, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Solid project experience in CRM or CX projects, ideally with BSI Customer Suite
- Methodological strength in consulting, project management, or software development
- Process competence in business processes such as service, marketing, sales, or operations
- Analytical clarity and structured work
- Sovereign communication and language skills (German and English)
