End-to-End Responsibility: Design CRM and CX projects based on the BSI Customer Suite. Business Analysis: Work closely with customers to understand their processes and translate them into smart BSI solutions. Requirements Management: Lead workshops, bring structure to requirements, and ensure clarity in complex topics.
Requirements
- Funded Project Experience: Several years of experience in CRM or CX projects, ideally in combination with the BSI Customer Suite.
- Methodical Strength: Convince in consulting, project management, or software development and master common methods in analysis, planning, and control.
- Process Competence: Know business processes in areas such as service, marketing, sales, or operations and can transfer them into systemic solutions.
- Analytical Clarity: Work structured, think several steps ahead, and find solutions that convince both professionally and technically.
- Sovereign Communication: Prepare complex matters in a clear manner, lead workshops safely, and move confidently between departments and management.
