Job Description
Design and implement scalable multi-agent systems for complex decision-making processes, develop structured state machines and evaluation frameworks, and ensure production readiness.
Requirements
- Develop structured state machines, planning mechanisms, and tool orchestrations
- Establish evaluation frameworks, defining metrics and testing procedures
- Implement guardrails, developing safety mechanisms, rollback strategies, and control points
- Migrate agent architectures to scalable cloud or container environments and integrate into existing system landscapes
- Have at least 3 years of experience in developing complex AI systems in an enterprise context
- Have a completed degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a comparable technical field
