Job Description
Design agent-based architectures, model state and decision logic, establish evaluation frameworks, implement guardrails, and ensure production readiness for complex, partially autonomous decision-making and execution processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in developing complex AI systems with productive responsibility in an enterprise context
- Completed degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a comparable technical field
- Knowledge of agent architecture patterns, decision logics, orchestration concepts, and basic reinforcement learning principles
- Proficiency with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration tools, as well as cloud and API integrations
