Requirements

- Experience with frameworks like ITIL, project management methods, and current trends like Cloud
- Certification as ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL V3 Expert
- AI competence, including proficiency in using AI tools, critically evaluating results, and supporting customers in utilizing AI potential
