Sales Lead (Electronic products)

We are seeking a Sales Lead for our Dreame products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding key account market segments, ensuring sales targets and gross profit align with company goals, and collaborating with the sales team on budgeting and planning.

Requirements

• Thai nationality, aged between 30-35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the electronics distribution industry
• Strong connections and store account management experience with retailers
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive sales teams and manage people effectively
• Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and on weekends when required
• Must own a car and hold a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and team motivation skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
