Requirements
- Implement Retail operating procedures, policies, and controls
- Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate affairs requirements
- Develop and review marketing plans and opportunities
- Ensure delivery of 100% Customer Satisfaction & MSP results
- Supervise the preparation of new store business forecasts, budgets, and reports
- Manage key retail related research programs
- Track and benchmark market performance, identify areas for support, and develop projects to improve performance
- Prepare and monitor revenue and expenditure in retail stores/outlets
- Provide coaching & feedback to direct reports and foster their performance development
- Provide effective Standard Operation Training to Store Operations team
- Contribute retail operations expertise to internal and external retail training program development
- Control Store Operation’s KPIs and track own KPIs
